How It Works
Coaching provides a structure for moving from where you are now to where you want to be. It's that simple. As a coach I provide undivided attention, serve as your sounding board, and provide perspective and accountability. You can expect spontaneity, humor, and patience as needed. I promise to listen to you very carefully to help you hear what it is that calls to you. Insights can be pretty profound. You will achieve success simply from taking actions consistently, always in the direction of your sense of success and and create a Fearless, Fabulous Life.

Over two months we will catalog your life experiences and talents, identify your unique ability, improve your personal and professional systems, and create a concrete plan of action.

- Eight (8) 45-minute coaching calls

- Unlimited email support between sessions
The “Set the Vision” Coaching Package: $600
Together we jump in to get a handle on your world and identify what would make life sing for you.
- One 60-minute intake call
- Natural instincts assessment (Kolbe A Index) & interpretation of results
- Three (3) 45-minute sessions scheduled over one month
- Unlimited email support between sessions
- Periodic “laser coaching” days
Quarterly "Tune-up" 3-Month Plan: $1350
Sufficient time to make real progress on several fronts, a good time to check-in for redirection or to take a break.
- One 60-minute current state of affairs call
- Nine (9) 45-minute sessions scheduled over three months
The "Make It Happen" One Year Coaching Package: $5000
For those who are serious about creating accountability and outstanding results.
Includes everything described in the The “Launchpad Intensive” Coaching Package (see details above) followed by:
- Thirty (30) additonal 45-minute calls scheduled over nine months.
- Unlimited email support between sessions
- Periodic “laser coaching” days
Executive Coaching:

I am a Kolbe Certified Consultant, using the Kolbe suite of assessment tools to work with both individuals and teams to improve performance. And, I am in the process of earning Certified Rescue Coach™ designation through The Rescue Institute, in order to work more effectively with executives and professionals who’ve created untenable lives for themselves.
Pricing negotiated between client and coach based on mutually determined outcomes.
